1. I think that it is in El Salvador, because in the book there is a volcano called Atlacatl, and there is one volcano called Aatlacatl located in El Salvador. There are jungles in El Salvador, in the book, there are jungles. El Salvador has a president, in the book there is a president. And Uno is Christian, he went to cathedral on Easter.83% are Chrisitans in El Salvador.
2. I think that the author didn’t want conflict with the country, so she didn’t name a specific country. And it also keeps the mystery alive. Where is it? When was it?

So hana Yin. You and i kind of worked together so our posts are kind of alike. I said that the volcano atlacatl and the religion and also the evidence fro the book about how El Salvador is very crowded with palnt and its kind of like the woods. Oh well we have similar posts so yeah
Hii!!! We kinda worked together so our answers are similar. We both agree that the book takes place in El Salvador, and the evidence we have is good. The volcano Atlacatl is a strong piece of evidence because it is a name we can go by. I agree wiht the reason of how the author might have wanted to keep mystery in her book. =]
I just wanted to let you know that you wrote the 34 war feedback rather than the 43 war feedback, just to let you know. And now... I agree with you that it is in El Salvador, because like you, I looked at the volano Atlacatl and the fact that there are many jungles in El Salvador. As well as the jungles and the volcano, we both came u with the religion. We both stated that El Salvador has 83% of their population as Christians and that Lolo even has a cross around their neck.
Your answer to number two was very fascinating, I came up with something else. Not wanting conflict in the coutry, but wanting to write your own book, is an ingenious idea! You did a really nice posting. I think that you wrote and detailed things nicely.
NICE WORK!!!!
I agree with where the 43rd war book took place. Atlacatl was in El Salvador, and there are many christians in El Salvador. I agree with what you said about why the author didn't mention the country. There might have been a lot of conflict going on in Central America, so maybe she didn't want to just pick on El Salvador.
Thanks Grace! Changed it to 43 war.

However, I think that the reason would be because she wanted you to think about the book. But, there could be thousands of reasons that the author did not tell the absolute location. You did a really nice posting. I think that you wrote and detailed things nicely.
NICE WORK!!!!
